Food and Restaurants
You can find that most shopping malls in Johor Bahru has their own food courts which pretty much offer you with a wide choice of food and such. There are also all the fast food restaurants here if you prefer them but if you are one who likes hawker foods or the more authentic local food, you mus try out the local dishes here like the Johor Laksa and the Mee Rebus. The one in Taman Sri Tebrau Hawker Centre, the Danga Bay Bayleaf Food Park and the Johor Jaya Hawker Centres are all venues that serves the great Johorean delicacies. Alternatively, you can also head out to other places like the Banana Café, and the Satay at Taman Pelangi that serves great malay food. Chinese food are famous among the locals at the Sentosa Mee Hoon Kueh as well as the Tapai Tang Restaurant and the Woon Kiang Restaurant.
